Meet Russell H. Thomas. Mr. Thomas is dedicated to helping you through your immigration journey. He is committed to smoothing out the path for you to live and work or study in the country he loves, the United States of America.

Because of his desire to help you, he founded ISA in 2021. Mr. Thomas is an immigration attorney with over 10 years of legal experience. He is eager to help others, which ultimately led to him establishing an immigration company that specializes in assisting clients with immigration-related matters.
Mr. Thomas was born and raised in Texarkana, Texas. In 2010, he graduated from Pleasant Grove High School. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from Texas A&M University – Texarkana. Then he received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Mr. Thomas is a registered attorney with United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the governmental agency of the United States Department of Homeland Security that administers the country’s naturalization and immigration system. He is also a registered attorney with the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), the governmental sub-agency of the United States Department of Justice whose chief function is to conduct removal proceedings in immigration courts and adjudicate appeals arising from the proceedings. As such, Mr. Thomas is authorized to appear before all Immigration Courts and the Board of Immigration Appeals via Federal Jurisdiction.
